ACCEPTANCE

By using idomni, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSE ONLY

idomni products are original novelty designs created purely for entertainment, personalization, and gifting purposes. They are NOT valid government identification documents and must never be used, presented, or represented as such. idomni is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, motor vehicle department, or third-party brand. By placing an order, you confirm you understand and accept this novelty-only purpose.

CUSTOM ORDERS

• All orders are made to your specification. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of customization details (colors, uploaded files, profile information, names, dates). idomni is not responsible for errors in the information you submit.

• By uploading images, handwriting, or other files, you confirm you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or likeness rights.

• idomni products are original designs and are novelty items only — not valid government IDs. No affiliation with any government agency or third-party brand is implied or intended.

PAYMENT

Payment is processed at checkout. Prices are displayed in USD. Group buy discounts are applied automatically based on the number of items in your order at checkout time. Reseller pricing (where applicable) is calculated per item and requires an active reseller account balance to complete payment.

ACCOUNTS

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (confirmed during registration).

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts used to misrepresent our products as official identification.

COMMUNITY WALL

The Wall is a public community space. By posting, you agree that your note (attributed to your nickname) may be visible to all visitors. Do not post spam, harassment, illegal content, or content that infringes on others' rights. We may remove or hide any note at our discretion.

RESELLER PROGRAM

Resellers who qualify for reseller pricing act as independent purchasers reselling to their own customers. idomni does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for a reseller's marketing claims to their own customers. Resellers must not represent idomni products as authentic government identification under any circumstance. idomni may revoke reseller status at any time for violation of these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All idomni card designs, brand assets, and site content are original and owned by idomni. No designs are inspired by, affiliated with, or derived from any third-party brand or government document.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

idomni is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including any consequences resulting from misuse of a novelty product as if it were official identification. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised effective date.
