When you use idomni, we may collect:
Account information: email address and password hash (never stored in plain text)
Order and customization data: name, shipping address, phone number, date of birth, gender (for personalization purposes)
Uploaded assets: design images and handwriting files you submit for customization
Community content: wall notes you post (public, attributed to your nickname)
Usage data: pages visited, browser type, IP address (standard web server logs)
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
To produce and ship your custom cards
To communicate order status and updates
To authenticate your account and protect against fraud
To personalize your card (name, DOB used for the printed profile details)
We do not sell your data to third parties
DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
Your data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Uploaded files are stored on our servers and referenced only in the context of your order. We retain order data for a minimum of 3 years for warranty and legal compliance purposes.
ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSE ONLY
All personal information you submit (including photos, names, and dates of birth) is used solely to produce a novelty, entertainment-purpose card. idomni does not verify or vouch for this information as accurate identification data, and the resulting product must never be used as official identification.
AGE CONFIRMATION
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has registered, contact us at [email protected].
COOKIES
We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. Account deletion will remove your profile data; order records may be retained for legal compliance.
